Outside of the Lines is a workshop is aimed at providing a fun, creative experience for neurodiverse tweens / teens and one of their parents / caregivers. The idea is to get kids that might not colour within the lines of society; further developing a sense of connection with their family, and feeling like they belong in their local community.

This is viewed as a creative play session; where some ideas / tutoring will be provided but they might not be adhered to ;)

If you know of any other ADHD, AuDHD or ASD tweens / teens 10+, who have an interest in art / making things; who might benefit, please pass the details onto them too.

Spaces are limited to 7 pairs of awesome folk. Thanks to Creative New Zealand, QLDC and the Creative Community Scheme, there is no charge for this workshop.

This class is taught by Lizzie Thomas who paints under the moniker ellaquaint. She is a registered teacher and has a wealth of experience teaching at Secondary School Level as well after school kids classes, adult night classes and workshops. A practicing and exhibiting artist with over 28 years experience :)
